Our QC team is responsible for product quality planning and strict quality management, including the implementation of finished product inspection standards and detailed analysis of all quality-related data.

We take a proactive approach to:
    •    Monitor and analyze quality records throughout production
    •    Identify and correct any product quality abnormalities
    •    Address customer complaints efficiently and implement continuous improvement measures

We strictly adhere to the principle of “Three No’s”:
    •    No unqualified raw materials enter production
    •    No unqualified semi-finished products move forward in the process
    •    No unqualified finished products leave the factory

In-Process Quality Assurance

To ensure consistent quality, RSUN performs comprehensive testing at every stage of production. This includes:
    •    ICT (In-Circuit Test) PCB testing
    •    ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) inspection
    •    100% aging test in a dedicated aging workshop
    •    Real-time monitoring of every part and component used

These measures allow us to maintain excellent product consistency and performance, even under demanding operating conditions.
